FineFutures is CQC registered supported living company, working primarily with young adults and people 18+ who have Learning Disabilities, Mental Health conditions, and ASD. We offer an alternative to residential, domiciliary and nursing home care by providing care in the home to support independent living.
As part of our support we:
- source appropriate, safe accommodation for the individual
- provide staff trained in mandatory and bespoke subjects, specific to the individuals needs
- provide small core teams who deliver direct support to individuals, providing consistency of care and building professional relationships with them
- have a Clinical Team that ensures the advice and direction of the Multidisciplinary Team is followed by our staff, and also enables us to respond quickly to the changing needs of our clients.
- will use our professional relationships to guarantee safe, secure housing, flexible support packages, engaged and experienced staff with evidence based care.
Our dedicated unique team of clinical staff, alongside the well trained staff team for the client, will ensure that achievable goals are planned and executed in the best way possible for the individual, always aspiring for more independence and a higher quality of life.
